We are newbies experimenting with photography. We choose a theme and shoot that theme for a couple of weeks or so.
Originally our rule was that we could not manipulate our photos using software, apart from cropping and altering the orientation and using any in-camera effects that our cameras will allow. However, now we are experimenting with Photoshop also.

Close Up Man-Made
I took all of these shots and the following post shots using my little point-and-shoot camera as it had a better macro facility than my DSLR.
All these shots were taken within 100m of my house.
Hey Niggly True close ups here. If we number from top to bottom I like numbers 1, 5, 10, 13 and 15 the best. My favourite one would be the tap, I can just imagine you lying on your back getting that shot. And the jeans, on or off when this shot was taken? ;-) I compared them to mine and once again I reckon yours were better. Damm......
No 1 is a group of very strong individual magnetic spheres that you can manipulate to make all sorts of objects, shapes etc. The cube you see is about 2x2x2cm. Got it for a present. Cool eh?
